The Profish 30 can be fitted with a wide variety of marine electronics. Due to the number of equipment combinations possible, the choice of fit is left to individual owners - Legacy Boats can carry out the installation or the vessel can be delivered "bare" to allow owners to make their own arrangements.
The craft has large spaces available for the electronics fit. Apart from the console panel display areas shown above, there is plenty of space behind the bridge console and below decks. A feature of the design allows an equipment bay to be installed behind the front panel with access from the forward berth area. This permits quick servicing and replacement of electronic modules.
The reinforced roof can readily accomodate radar, satellite dishes, TV, GPS and other antennae. One proposal calls for gimballed (stabilised) FLIR night vision equipment to be located on the roof above the helm station with video displays on the front panel and feeds to a station behind the left hand front seat, or to work stations below.
Power throughout the craft is 12 VDC, with 3 x 120 AH marine batteries fitted as standard. A 240v AC bus runs throughout vessel for shore power or AC inverter supply. (Inverter is optional) Other supply rails such as 24VDC can be provided.
A diesel auxiliary generator can also be fitted in the spacious engine bay - the area being heavily sound proofed, allowing operation in low noise environments.
